Our Work

Medical Assistance & Intervention

Serious illness asks a lot of a family. Some of it, a neighbor can carry.

Medical challenges rarely arrive on schedule. When they do, the bills, the driving, the equipment, and the worry land all at once. This program exists to take some of that weight.

Where we may help

  • Medical-related expenses and treatment-related hardship
  • Adaptive or accessibility needs and specialized equipment
  • Transportation to and from care
  • Family stability and support during treatment, including mental and emotional well-being
  • Intervention services and quality-of-life needs
  • Connections to qualified providers and partner organizations

Our existing and planned work includes support for people affected by conditions such as cerebral palsy, Prader-Willi syndrome, cystic fibrosis and other serious medical conditions. We work with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local advocates to find the places where help does the most good.

Please note: TPFF does not provide medical advice, clinical care, or diagnosis. Requests are evaluated based on available resources and eligibility.
